Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Growth and Milestones

As 2024 draws to a close, and we head into our 40th year of business, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve had this year at Cheshire Demolition. From new ventures to heartwarming moments, this has been a year filled with achievements, challenges overcome, and a renewed commitment to the values that drive us every day.

Our New Look and Brand Identity
One of the highlights of 2024 was unveiling our refreshed website and brand. We listened to your feedback and created a digital space that’s not only visually striking but also easier to navigate. This new chapter in our brand’s story reflects our growth and dedication to staying at the forefront of the industry while retaining our roots.

Landmark Housing Projects
This year, we proudly contributed to several major housing projects across the region. From supplying reclaimed building materials to offering site clearance and waste management solutions, we’ve played a role in helping our clients bring their visions to life. These projects not only showcased our capabilities but also strengthened partnerships within the industry.

Moments That Made Us Smile
2024 wasn’t without its lighter moments. Who could forget the day a litter of kittens was discovered nestled in one of our skips? Thanks to the quick thinking and kindness of our team, the kittens were safely rescued and rehomed. Moments like these remind us of the human (and animal!) connections that make our work so meaningful.

By the Numbers: A Year in Stats

  • Materials Recycled: Over 99% of all waste handled was recycled or repurposed, reaffirming our commitment to sustainability.
  • Skips Delivered: 15,000 supplied across the region to keep projects on track.
  • New Clients: A record number of businesses joined our network, benefiting from our comprehensive services.
  • Demolition Projects: With over 200 under our belt this year, we’ve transformed sites all across the northwest.
  • Asbestos Removal: This year our dedicated team has safely removed and disposed of 700 tonnes of hazardous asbestos.
  • Recycled Aggregates: Our site on Moss Lane has produced over 61,000 tonnes from building and demolition waste.

Looking Ahead
As we look towards 2025, we’re excited to continue building on the foundations laid this year. With new initiatives, expanded services, and a focus on innovation, we’re committed to supporting your projects and promoting sustainable practices.

Thank you to all our clients, partners, and especially our incredibly hard-working and dedicated team members for making 2024 a year to remember. Together let’s make 2025 even better.

Regards,
Stan
